Loft conversion is underway!

The scaffolding is up and the builders are here to start converting our loft into my art studio. This is so exciting as ever since I started painting I have been moving from room to room around the house, trying to find good light or having to move out of a bedroom as one of the children come back home. It should be a good, big space with light from both sides. In the meantime the roof has got to be held up a different way so we've got some big steel girders arriving.
