Susan McCraith is a Master of Wine based near Bristol in the UK. She is a partner in Davis Bell McCraith, an independent fine wine merchant in Bristol and has consulted for clients including Conviviality PLC. She was a Central Buyer at Waitrose for ten years, has lectured on the Wine MBA programme at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and is a qualified coach and mentor. She is a Trustee of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, a regular wine judge and sits on a number of trade committees. With a particular interest in English wines, she helps manage a 6 acre vineyard for the RAU and created their first wine branded Cotswold Hills which won a Bronze medal at IWSC. She enjoys blogging about her wine travels.

Susan loves spotting talent and helping young people advance in the industry. She says, “My favourite wine is a really good red burgundy tasted straight from the barrel and I also love zesty whites like Spanish albarino, Austrian gruner veltliner, German Riesling and English Bacchus!”
