Guinea Fowl Feather | Original Oil Painting | 4 x 12 inches

A contemporary still life painting in oils of a Guinea Fowl feather collected from a friend's garden where she has a small flock of Guinea Fowl roaming free. I collected several feathers and chose this one as it combines the soft fluffy texture at the base and the beautiful polka dot pattern on darker hues above. 

Painted on a 4x12 inch cradled wooden panel. It can be hung vertically or horizontally and I have signed it on the side rather than on the front.

The painting is finished with a clear varnish to protect the work for years of enjoyment.
